
Late 2000's: Avalon MIS becomes the company name for all marketing and MIS services offered by Laura Scroggins, and replaces the name SLO Bake.
Mid 2000's: Laura Scroggins opens a regional brand offering the same services as SLO Bake. The company serves the San Luis Obispo (SLO) and Bakersfield (Bake) markets. Tea Leaf Media becomes exclusive brand of Laura Scroggins.
Mid 2000's: Jack Reilley and Laura Scroggins begin offering community media and CMS programs services under the Tea Leaf Media brand.
Early 2000's: Given the success with FinancialFuture.com, Ms. Scroggins decided to focus on Internet marketing. All other business and financial services are dropped from her offerings.
Late 1999's: By the end of the 1990's Laura had added a variety of business and financial services and began dba New Pacific Advisors, LLC. FinancialFuture.com was the company's primary Website which was featured on the cover of Financial Planning magazine.
Early 1990's: Avalon MIS started as a marketing firm in the early 1990's in Chico California. Founded by Laura Scroggins while teaching marketing at California State University Chico, the services focused on creating marketing and business plans.
